Last Tea For “This Season”

The last ladies tea for the season was June 25th at a community center in Geronimo with about 25 ladies. As always, we were in great anticipation as to what the Lord was going to do in our midst. All of the ladies seem to be very excited as they walked in to the center. They all knew each other, so the fellowship got  started immediately. We were blessed with a special prophetic dance by Latoria McWilliams, who danced to “Who Am I Jesus?” This was also the theme of the tea. We were blessed with a song by Patricia Anderson. Surely the presence of the Lord was in that place. It led us right into worship to prepare the ground for the Word. Phyllis Richardson ministered using a mirror she asked all the ladies to look at themselves to see who they were. She shared that we are to see ourselves the way the Lord sees us and accept ourselves in that way. We are not to accept the lies of the enemy about ourselves. Everyone was ministered to in a special way. We had a last dance by Latoria to a song entitled, “Yes”; saying yes to the will and to the call of God. Our hearts were all changed and we left that center knowing who we are in Christ Jesus.

Howard attended the tea, filming and recording it for us so we were able to give a copy of the DVD to the Church. We are so thankful that we don’t have to have all the gifts, God gave us Howard to take care of all those technical things that he loves to do.
