Ladies Tea At Cedar Creek Indian Missions Church
Howard was gracious to attend our third ladies’ tea, in order
to set up and run sound equipment for us. We were truly blessed by his
willingness to take part with a room full of women. This tea was so awesome, the
ladies were so open to the Spirit of God and what He wanted to accomplish. The
tea was held at Cedar Creek Church in Carnegie. We started our time with "tea"
and "fellowship".
Followed
by sharing testimony and scripture, but it all was directed by the Holy Spirit,
the ladies were so open for Him to work. Then we had a time of worship
celebrating who He is. His presence was so real and so strong it was
unmistakable! Phyllis shared from the word of God about the chains that God
wants to break in our lives, how we get so bound by the enemy’s chains that we
don’t even recognize it many times. We have the authority over the enemy to
break the chains. The Father has given us much authority and we are not using
it. He has given us the Keys of the Kingdom we need to use them. The word of God
is our Key! Phyllis has a unique way of ministering, she shares from the Word of
God
and
throughout her sharing the Lord will direct her to speak specifically to an
individual. The words that the Lord spoke through her to each one of the ladies
were a confirmation to them. She spoke to Howard and I as well confirming a lot
of what God is speaking to us. We were all so blessed. Liz and I are excited to
see how God will work at the next tea in June. He has been at each tea with us
but in a different way each time. God is so exciting!
From my heart … without the churches and ladies who responded to a letter I sent several years ago about the Lord placing on my heart the desire to have "Ladies’ Teas" the teas would not be happening had I not received a flood of tea pots and tea cups and even tea bags. I would have brushed it off as something I just wanted to do. Because of all of you who responded, ladies are being ministered to. Thank You for your obedience to the Lord!
